l - r Ezra Juanta, Chris John, Tim Lucas

SA based trio featuring guitar, banjo, harmonica, percussion. Perform songs, stories and bush ballads to celebrate Australia’s distinctive language and humour in the tradition of Henry Lawson, Banjo Paterson and Slim Dusty.

Me ‘n Me Mates have performed at festivals and all kinds of other venues across SA, Vic, NSW and NT. Along with well known traditional and country songs about all the important things like the weather, dogs, drinking and shearing they perform some originals and bring a contemporary approach to the older material. With broad appeal, G-rated, family friendly entertainment.

Flexible format suits both outdoor entertainment (eg agricultural shows, festivals, community events) and indoor concerts (halls, senior's clubs, arts centres, libraries, pubs, wineries, backyards). Duration and material chosen can be arranged to suit the occasion.

We have performed across SA, NT, Vic and NSW and like to travel to country areas far and wide.

“A rich swag of poems, yarns and songs ... the pub’s dining room was filled with rousing voices ... humour understated and dry” InDaily

Me ‘n Me Mates have entertained our library audiences many times to great applause. They are flexible and will perform in a variety of spaces - indoor and outdoor.  Their low-tech show with minimal props is great value and showcases the Australian larrikin through music and verse stitched together with easy free flowing banter. Our audience love them !
